Aligned Growth Accelerator – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 5, 2025

By purchasing the Aligned Growth Accelerator service from Rhonda Linn Virtual Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Overview

The Aligned Growth Accelerator is a strategic business audit and custom strategy offer that includes:

• A detailed business audit conducted by our team.
  
• A one-on-one call to review findings and deliver a personalized framework for aligned action.
  
• One (1) month of complimentary access to the Aligned Biz Collective Community.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

• The fee for Aligned Growth Accelerator is $1,997 USD, due in full at the time of purchase.
  
• This fee is non-refundable and includes your audit, personalized strategy call, and one free month in the Aligned Biz Collective Community.
  
• Intake Form: Clients must complete and submit the intake form within seven (7) days of purchase.
  
• Delivery: The deep‑dive call will be scheduled, and your customized roadmap delivered, within thirty (30) days of purchase.
  
• Missed Deadlines:  We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may not be able to complete your intake process right away. If you wish to schedule your intake call more than thirty (30) days after purchase, we will do our best to accommodate you within our current availability. Please note:
  • Your intake will be scheduled based on our next available opening, which may require additional wait time.
  • In some cases, an administrative reactivation fee may apply if significant time has passed or additional preparation is needed to restart your project.
  • Any fees and scheduling options will be shared with you in advance so you can decide whether to proceed.

  We love supporting our clients, and we’re always happy to welcome you back into the process — these guidelines simply help us maintain the quality of service and balanced scheduling for all clients.

• After your complimentary trial, your subscription will automatically cancel unless you choose to purchase the recurring subscription plan found on the next page of checkout.

3. Subscription Terms – Aligned Biz Collective (“ABC”)

• 3.1 45‑Day Free Trial
  When you purchase the Aligned Growth Accelerator, you’ll be automatically enrolled in a 45‑day trial of our Aligned Biz Collective community—no payment required during that period.
  
• 3.2 Discounted Lock‑In Offer
  At the time you buy the Aligned Growth Accelerator, you may choose to lock in a reduced monthly rate (“Locked‑In Rate”) for ongoing subscription. Simply opt in during checkout—your card will not be charged until your trial ends in 45-days.
  
• 3.3 Standard Subscription Offer
  If you decline the Lock‑In Rate at purchase, you’ll still have the option to join Aligned Biz Collective after your trial—but at our regular monthly rate (“Standard Rate”). We’ll send you an invitation, and no charges occur until you opt in.
  
• 3.4 Billing
  Should you opt in—whether at the Locked‑In Rate or the Standard Rate—your payment method will be billed automatically each month on your membership anniversary date.
  
• 3.5 Cancellation & Refunds
  
• To avoid the next month’s charge, cancel at least 48 business hours before your upcoming billing date.

• No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused days.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made for the Aligned Growth Accelerator are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of this service and the custom work involved, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

To maximize your results, you agree to:

• Provide timely, accurate, and honest information for the audit process.
  
• Attend your scheduled audit review call (rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice).
  
• Take full ownership for the implementation of the recommendations we provide.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results from the Aligned Growth Accelerator or the Aligned Biz Collective. Outcomes are dependent on a variety of factors, including your own effort, decision-making, and market conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, strategies, and resources provided during your audit and in the subscription are proprietary to Rhonda Linn Virtual Solutions LLC. They are for your personal business use only and may not be shared, duplicated, or redistributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhonda Linn Virtual Solutions LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our services.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all information shared by other participants and by Rhonda Linn Virtual Solutions LLC strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, personal stories, business strategies, experiences, and any other sensitive information.

Likewise, Rhonda Linn Virtual Solutions LLC agrees to keep all of your personal and business information confidential. We will never share your data, audit results, or strategies with anyone outside of our organization without your explicit permission.

This mutual confidentiality is essential to creating a safe, professional, and respectful environment for growth and collaboration.

10. Modifications

Rhonda Linn Virtual Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of the services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rhonda Linn Virtual Solutions LLC operates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Media and Typed Comment Release Form

By purchasing this program, you also agree to the following media and feedback release:

1. You consent and authorize Rhonda Linn Virtual Solutions LLC to use your likeness in any photograph, video, or other digital media ("Photos") taken or to be taken during your participation in the Aligned Growth Accelerator or Aligned Biz Collective, in any and all of its publications, including print or web-based.
2. You irrevocably authorize Rhonda Linn Virtual Solutions LLC to copy, edit, enhance, crop, or otherwise alter any photo, video, or other digital media. You waive any rights to inspect or approve the final versions.

4. You understand that all media and typed comments are the property of Rhonda Linn Virtual Solutions LLC and will not be returned.
5. You acknowledge that you are not entitled to any compensation or royalties with respect to the use of photographs, videos, digital media, or comments.
6. You release and forever discharge Rhonda Linn Virtual Solutions LLC, its team, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims arising from the use of such content.
7. You confirm that you are freely and voluntarily giving your consent by agreeing to these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

Rhonda Linn Virtual Solutions LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance of any obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, internet disruptions, strikes, wars, or government actions.

Should such an event occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume services as soon as possible.
